Bus to the Game

SJPII Band will be traveling to San Antonio for our football game on Friday (tomorrow) and November 2nd.  We have extra seats available in our charter bus. 

If any parents are interested in purchasing a seat, please contact  Ms. Reyes or Cindy McAllister 361-249-5632 to reserve your seat. Bus seats will be $20.




Solidarity Hours

Students who want to earn Solidarity hours in helping to build a wheelchair ramp for an individual in need may see Mr. Ted Garcia. The wheelchair ramp project is scheduled for a family in Flour Bluff on Saturday, October 13th.
 
 

Need Parent Hours?

Work day on Saturday, October 13 from 9:00 to 2:00 and meet in the cafeteria and pizza will be served for lunch.  Please remember mosquito spray.

WEDNESDAY: CHOOSE YOUR CHARITY, while in mass uniform add socks, sweater or tie to represent your fave charity: ie pink for breast cancer, red for drugs, yellow for military, rainbow for autism, etc...

FRIDAY: BLACK AND GOLD Spirit Day, Football Game vs Brownsville St Joseph 7PM (Homecoming and Senior night)
SATURDAY: Homecoming Dance: Hollywood: A night on the red carpet, tickets on sale next week during lunch or through student council officers ( chaperones needed)



Powerlifting Team

 will be selling merchandise starting on Oct 15th. Catalogs will be given to the athletes to sale.  They will also be selling Worlds Finest Chocolate bars. 



PTO Update

Thank you to the families who donated raffle prizes to our Fall Raffle Fundraiser!

Raffle Tickets will go out on Thursday, October 18th
They will be given out during Theology Class.

Retakes for Underclassmen and Seniors will be Wednesday, Oct. 17th. All students must be in Mass uniform. Senior ladies please bring a tank top to wear under the drape.

Yearbooks are now $45. Three  winners of last 9 weeks gift card drawing for purchasing a yearbook are: Samantha Sullivan, Victoria Vela and Ricky Villanueva. A jean day pass will be given to the first 40 people to purchase a yearbook this 9 weeks.

Senior Baby Pictures are due by NO later than December 16th. If not turned in by Christmas break there is no guarantee it will be in the yearbook! We prefer copies because there is no guarantee you will receive them back. Pictures must have both the students first and last name. Proud Texan Scholarship

on behalf of The Law Offices of Hilda Sibrian. We would like to offer them a rewarding scholarship opportunity. This scholarship was created for students who are interested in attending college and that also have a love for their great state of Texas. Current high school seniors and students enrolled in colleges across Texas are eligible.
