Dress for Next Week

  • Tuesday, October 30th: Spirit Day (Thank you for great Accreditation visit!)
    • Parents are invited to a meeting with Jodee Blanco, author of the book, Please Stop Laughing at Me and anti-bullying activist at 6:30 pm in the Bishop Garriga Gym.  Earlier on this day, Ms. Blanco will give a presentation to the students.
  • Wednesday, October 31st: Halloween.  Students will be allowed to dress up.  Inappropriate or vulgar costumes will not be allowed.
  • Thursday,November 1st Mass  to Celebrate All Saint's Day. Students need to be in mass uniform.
  • Friday, November 2nd: Half Day Student Dismissal at 12:05



The Destination Imagination Team

will be meeting from 9 AM to 2 PM. Don't forget to bring lunch!  





Bus to the Game

SJPII Band will be traveling to San Antonio for our football game on November 2nd.  We have extra seats available in our charter bus.  

If any parents are interested in purchasing a seat, please contact  Ms. Reyes or Cindy McAllister 361-249-5632 to reserve your seat. Bus seats will be $20.

Powerlifting Fundraisers

are due on Nov 5th.  All chocolate bar money and merchandise orders are due on the 5th


Student/Parent Thanksgiving Luncheon

The traditional Student/Parent Thanksgiving Luncheon on November 15th to main website calendar cost is $7.00 Adult and $6.00 Students/Staff.  Parents are encourage to RSVP by November 9th to Tony@jpiihighschool.org this will help me with rough count on luncheon. The luncheon will be during regular lunch time Lunch "A" and Lunch "B".



YEARBOOK

Please send in Senior Baby Pictures for the yearbook! We prefer copies because there is no guarantee you will receive them back. Pictures must have both the students first and last name. Please submit to Mrs. Lindstrom in the library or email to yearbook@jpiihighschool.org.

Senior Ads for the yearbook are now on sale!
Ads include a full color design. 1 full page costs $100 and ½ page costs $50. Only 1-6 photos for a ½ page and 1-10 photos for a full page. Messages from family can be up to 50 words for a ½ page and up to 75 words for a full page.
Submit photos and message to yearbook@jpiihighschool.org or send in envelope to Mrs. Lindstrom in the library.

To guarantee getting a yearbook buy now! Yearbooks are $45. A jean day pass will be given to the first 40 people who purchase a yearbook this 9 weeks.

Proud Texan Scholarship

on behalf of The Law Offices of Hilda Sibrian. We would like to offer them a rewarding scholarship opportunity. This scholarship was created for students who are interested in attending college and that also have a love for their great state of Texas. Current high school seniors and students enrolled in colleges across Texas are eligible.
